Welcome to Pippin The Mover! By accessing or using our Discord bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Pippin The Mover.

  1. Use of Pippin The Mover

    Pippin The Mover is a Discord bot designed to facilitate the moving of messages between threads, channels, and forums within Discord servers.

    • Eligibility: You must be a member of a Discord server where Pippin The Mover is enabled to use it.
    • License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Pippin The Mover in accordance with these Terms.
    • Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of Pippin The Mover. You will not use Pippin The Mover for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  2. Your Responsibilities

    • Content: You are responsible for the content that you instruct Pippin The Mover to move. You must ensure that this content complies with the terms of service of Discord and does not infringe on any laws or rights of others.
    • Compliance with Laws: You agree to use Pippin The Mover in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

  3. Intellectual Property

    All rights, title, and interest in Pippin The Mover and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the creators of Pippin The Mover and its licensors.

  4. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any significant changes to the Terms.

  5. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to Pippin The Mover immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

  6. Disclaimer of Warranties Pippin The Mover is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use Pippin The Mover; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on Pippin The Mover; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

  8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
